4 Remaining Free Agent Targets for the Titans!

Beau Brune/Tennessee Titans

Week 1 of NFL free agency is in the books, and the Tennessee Titans addressed a few positions of need with the immense amount of cap space at their disposal.

You can take a look at all the signing Tennessee made here, but it’s time to look ahead to Week 2.

The Titans still have around $40 million to spend, meaning general manager Mike Borgonzi can make a few more acquisitions through free agency ahead of next month’s draft in Pittsburgh.

That said, let’s look at five remaining free agents the Titans should target to bolster positions that still need help.

Wide receiver Jauan Jennings

Jennings had a career-high nine touchdowns in 2025 and has been a solid contributor for the San Francisco 49ers over the last few years.

However, the Tennessee product is still on the free agency market and should come for cheaper than expected, which is great news for the Titans.

Signing Wan’Dale Robinson and keeping Calvin Ridley on a restructured deal were excellent moves by the Titans, but receiver is still a need. Adding Jennings would give quarterback Cam Ward another viable playmaker and take some pressure off Ridley, who is coming off a broken fibula.

A receiver room of Ridley, Jennings, Robinson, Chimere Dike, and Elic Aymanor would set Ward up for success in 2026.

Linebacker Bobby Okereke

It’s absurd that no team has signed Okereke yet. The 29-year-old has started 46 games over the last three seasons, including all 17 in 2023 and 2025, and is a fantastic coverage linebacker who is also a solid run defender, though he did struggle in that area this past season.

Okereke, who has an obvious connection to offensive coordinator Brian Daboll due to their days with the New York Giants, had two interceptions and 143 tackles in 2025. Spotrac projects the veteran linebacker will land a deal worth $12 million annually, but Okereke could sign for less than that, given that he has gone unsigned so far.

The 29-year-old would compete with Cody Barton for the starting spot next to Cedric Gray, and I would give Okerere a pretty good chance to beat out Barton for the starting role if he signs with the Titans.

Guard Wyatt Teller

This would be a home run signing by the Titans.

Teller has been one of the better guards in football over the last few years, and though he has declined a bit these past two seasons, he is still a solid starter who would be a fantastic replacement for Kevin Zeitler in Tennessee.

Teller allowed three sacks and 24 quarterback pressures in 2025, and when at his best, he’s a rock-solid pass protector and mauler in the run game. Spotrac projects the three-time Pro Bowler’s contract will be for $10 million per year, and the Titans should be willing to pay that price and maybe a bit more to solidify the offensive line for 2026.

Edge rusher Leonard Floyd

The Titans have overhauled the defensive line around All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons this offseason.

If Borgonzi wants to add one more free agent to the group before the draft, where edge rusher could very well be the pick at No. 4, Leonard Floyd would make a lot of sense.

Floyd had 3.5 sacks and 37 quarterback pressures in 15 starts with the Atlanta Falcons in 2025. In 2024 with the San Francisco 49ers, he posted 8.5 sacks, and the year before that, in 2023 with the Buffalo Bills, the 33-year-old tallied 10.5 sacks.

Moral of the story, Floyd is a journeyman pass rusher who will come for cheap and provide some production in a rotational role. The Titans could use a guy like Floyd to pair with Jermaine Johnson, Femi Oladejo, and the potential rookie they draft in April.
